Job Description Business Support and Planning Officer Full Time (35 hrs/wk), permanent. We are looking for an organised, passionate, and student-focused professional to join the University. You will play a vital role in supporting key activities across the wider Academic Registry team, contributing to both project work and essential student lifecycle processes. With a strong focus on collaboration, service excellence, and compliance, this role is integral to ensuring a seamless and high-quality student experience. Your accountabilities and responsibilities include: Assist with the implementation of strategic objectives and key projects Support the operationalisation of new integrated apprenticeships Coordinate and manage the University's academic calendar, including setting key dates and planning student lifecycle activities Support the planning and organisation of graduation ceremonies Assist the Head of Academic Registry with the preparation of papers and reports for deliberative committees Our main requirements: Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience Experience in a similar role Experience coordinating events or projects Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders At University of the Built Environment, we expect employees to demonstrate our values: Passion, Integrity, Excellence, and Support.
