Key Responsibilities: Lead the Club’s brand, marketing, and content strategy across all platforms and audiences. Oversee content creation and distribution across digital, social, and matchday channels. Own and grow the Club’s direct-to-consumer platform, SpursPlay. Drive audience growth, supporter engagement, and CRM innovation. Champion the Tottenham Hotspur brand locally and globally, with a focus on future generations of fans. Support commercial growth across sponsorship, retail, e-commerce, and visitor attractions. Lead a high-performing team across marketing, digital, and creative functions. Collaborate closely with the Communications Director to ensure aligned messaging and supporter-first storytelling. The Individual: A proven marketing and content leader with experience in a dynamic, consumer-facing environment – ideally in sport, entertainment, or media. Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and audience segmentation. Track record of driving brand growth, engagement, and commercial outcomes. Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Passionate about football, supporter culture, and the power of sport to inspire and unite.
