About the Role This role will managing payroll and benefits for UK and international entities. The successful candidate will support the Reward team with project-related activities across the department. Strong experience in financial or investment environments is preferred. Key Responsibilities Excellent analytical and organisational skills to multitask and coordinate multi-country payroll processes. Balances a disciplined approach to daily operations with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset A strong team player who demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate and provide technical and operational support for various stakeholders. About You Proven experience in processing UK payroll from end-to-end Strong working knowledge of Workday systems and workflows Knowledgeable in vendor-managed payroll systems across diverse jurisdictions Skilled in maintaining strong relationships with external benefit vendors as well as managing the annual benefits renewals.
