Based at our Stratford campus, you will manage a diverse portfolio of electrical courses for 1618-year-olds and adult learners.KeyResponsibilitiesLead and manage curriculum planning, development, and delivery aligned with employer and industry needs. Line manage and mentor a team of teaching staff, promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment. Monitor course performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded. Deliver 712 hours of high-quality teaching weekly as a role model for the team. Work closely with stakeholders to enhance learner employability, including work placements and progression opportunities.What Are We Looking ForA relevant degree or substantial vocational experience in Electrical installation or a related field. A teaching qualification (or currently working towards one). Proven experience in teaching and curriculum leadership, preferably in post-16 education.
