About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Delivery Manager to join the Guinness Property Team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy based across our London, Euston Road & Craft Court offices.We are currently working to a hybrid working style. The overall purpose of the role is to lead a high-performing, customer-focused and commercially efficient repairs service across a designated area, managing both internal delivery teams and external contractors and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.The postholder will drive strategic outcomes across operational performance, quality assurance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This includes full accountability for budget performance, KPI achievement, and ensuring all service delivery meets regulatory, legal, and health 'safety obligations. You’ll be able to demonstrate Essential: Demonstrable success in managing day-to-day repairs services at a senior level. Strong understanding of building construction, property compliance, and housing sector best practice. Proven people management experience, including coaching, development, and performance management of multi-disciplinary teams. Budget accountability and experience in financial control within property services or maintenance operations. Proficient in contract management, quality assurance, and post inspection reporting to improve performance. Able to work cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused outcomes whilst remaining commercially aware. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Sound working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, CDM, and relevant regulatory laws. Valid SMSTS certificate, or ability to work towards. Computer literate with experience in housing or repairs management systems and Microsoft Office 365. Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership, Behaviours and Management Standard. Desirable: Experience of managing remote workers. Qualifications Essential: Leadership and management qualification (Level 5). Membership of relevant professional body (e.g. MCIOB, MRICS) or working towards. Desirable: Contract management qualification (Level 4) in a property related discipline.
