They’re urgently hiring a Senior UX Designer to take the lead on complex service design challenges, working across government and enterprise accounts. This is a dynamic, user-focused opportunity for a Senior UX Designer to influence digital transformation at scale, drive inclusive design principles, and champion Agile collaboration. You’ll be embedded in multidisciplinary teams, liaising with stakeholders at all levels, and contributing to the design strategy that underpins services used by millions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Agile delivery teams as the Senior UX Designer across major digital transformation programmes • Work closely with user researchers, developers and delivery leads to define design solutions • Champion user-centred design practices across clients and internal teams • Mentor designers and provide leadership on complex problem spaces What You’ll Bring: • Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer or Lead within Agile, cross-functional teams • A track record of inclusive design delivery across different user groups and digital platforms • Strong knowledge of interaction design, accessibility standards, and service mapping • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – able to challenge ideas diplomatically and build consensus • Experience mentoring or line managing other designers, and a passion for coaching others • Up to £64,000 per annum (DOE) • Full benefits package: 10% pension, private health/dental options, 25 days leave + bank holidays • Cycle to work, season ticket loans, Perkbox, wellbeing budget & more • Flexible working: hybrid/remote with access to offices in Leeds, London, Glasgow, Bristol, Birmingham & Manchester • Career path to Lead Designer/Design Principal Sound like a challenge you're ready to own?
