Job Description

THE PERSON The Sales Executive is a confident individual who is part of the Regional Sales team and acts as a key contact between customers and hotels. You will conduct sales research, prospecting, handle administrative tasks, maximize revenue, build customer loyalty, and support the Regional Sales team. This role is based in Edinburgh, supporting two Moxy hotels, with travel to client sites or events as needed. THE JOB Evaluate, qualify, and respond to sales leads; arrange appointments for the Regional Sales Manager for Moxy Edinburgh Airport and Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge hotels. Prepare and finalize contracts to close sales. Participate in sales projects, executing activities aligned with the hotels' commercial strategies. Create engaging sales presentations that reflect our dynamic sales culture. Join sales calls to connect with prospective and current clients. Support sales programs, events, reporting, and general administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships. Research and identify new leads. Assist the Group reservations team when necessary. Manage leads and track performance using our CRM, SFA Web. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure aligned messaging and promotional efforts. Represent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. Maintaining Business Goals Keep lead response information complete and current. Generate and organize sales reports using multiple data systems. Track and report KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution, and client engagement. LANGUAGE Business proficient English required. Profile Detail-oriented and accurate, especially with data. Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently. Positive, entrepreneurial, and open-minded attitude. Creative and innovative in process improvement and results driving. Trustworthy, authentic, and ethical. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
