Job Description

About us Mark Anthony Brands UK is an entrepreneurial drinks company, built from the ground up by thinking differently, innovating, and doing the unexpected. Our company is rooted in family values, a bold vision, and relentless determination to continuously raise the bar and make a positive difference in consumers' lives. Founded in 1972, we’ve grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company whose hallmarks include a portfolio of luxury wineries and iconic beverage brands, including White Claw Hard Seltzer, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Cayman Jack, Glendalough Whiskey & Gin, and Más+ by Messi. At Mark Anthony Brands, we hire passionate people because nothing great is done without passion. We trust those closest to the work to do what’s right, to act like an owner. We are growing a lasting legacy, where people come first. Location Your primary place of work will be our London office, with occasional national travel as required. We value the vibrant atmosphere of our office, fostering collaboration and celebration, but also support flexible working arrangements, including working from home. What you’ll do As our new Social Media & Advocacy Manager in the UK Marketing team, you will own the full social ecosystem for White Claw, Más+ by Messi, and our challenger RTD portfolio. You’ll be the brands’ real-time voice, shaping channel strategy, and forging creator partnerships that turn cultural sparks into conversation. From TikTok feeds and festival fields to D2C drops and house-party selfies, you’ll translate a digital-first, community-led vision into scroll-worthy moments that deepen relevance, capture first-party data, and fuel growth. Additional responsibilities include: Managing all White Claw UK social channels and localizing Mas+ content for the UK. Building monthly content calendars aligned with brand plans and activating reactive, real-time posts around trends and key moments. Managing community interactions with a fast, on-brand tone of voice. Amplifying IRL experiences such as festivals and events across social media. Overseeing content pipeline: briefing, creating, curating assets, and testing formats and captions. Monitoring performance through dashboards, scaling high-performing content with paid budgets. Leading UK influencer strategy and advocacy programs, integrating creators and UGC. Capturing first-party data, ensuring compliance, and leveraging social listening and insights for opportunities. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 4+ years of experience in social media or digital content roles within drinks, FMCG, or lifestyle brands. Experience managing influencer or advocacy programs from planning to reporting. Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Sprout, Google Analytics, etc.) and data-driven decision-making. Strong copywriting and creative skills, understanding brand tone. Experience managing paid social budgets and working with media teams. Who you are Collaborative, able to work cross-functionally and manage complex workloads. Organized, able to prioritize multiple projects. Positive, proactive, curious, and passionate about digital trends and culture. Creative with attention to detail and delivering premium experiences. Self-motivated with ownership and accountability. Problem-solver with strong project management skills. Result-oriented and adaptable to ambiguity. We thank all candidates for their interest. If contacted for an interview and you require accommodations, please reach out to your recruiter. ________________________________________________________________________ Our Purpose: Unearth the Extraordinary We are committed to excellence, curiosity, humility, and disruptive innovation, driving us to make a difference every day. ________________________________________________________________________ Mark Anthony Brands is an equal opportunity employer.
