Job Description Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Rail - West London * Long-term projects with strong professional development opportunities * Hybrid working SSA are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding Civil Engineering & Rail contractor based in West London. This role will involve working within a small team, managing M&E and civil infrastructure upgrade projects across London & South-East. Projects will range from £1m to £25m and include NEC and bespoke contracts. You will be responsible for: Preparing reports on projected costs for internal teams and clients Ensuring contractual procedures are followed Accurate cost forecasting Performing risk, value management, and cost control Valuing completed work, arranging payments, and issuing payment applications to clients Assisting with final accounts You will be offered an excellent salary and package, one-to-one training, and opportunities for further progression within the business.
