Social network you want to login/join with: This role involves working closely across all functions and levels within the GHE organisation to identify and capitalise on opportunities that enhance performance in terms of WIN, KEEP, and GROW. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of sales targets with a focus on retention and organic growth across GHE. Accountable for all GHE retention activities. Identify and execute strategic retention initiatives to position ISS as the preferred long-term partner. Influence client treatment and event plans to align with WIN, KEEP, GROW priorities. Ensure efficient implementation of ISS’ commercial processes and tools in retention activities. Contribute to key sales processes and customer engagement activities. Lead and motivate subject matter experts and support teams to ensure successful retention sales. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience leading large and complex FM accounts. Significant experience in account retention, operational excellence, solution development, and tender processes. Proven success in service growth and expanding service offerings. Track record of converting retention strategies into successful bids through creative solutions and customer analysis. Experience in strategy development and influencing within the organisation. Decisive and action-oriented, able to balance multiple stakeholder needs. Skilled in finding solutions to complex problems.
