Manage the operational performance of service delivery teams, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Ensure optimal resource utilization and manage budgets effectively to drive cost-efficiency and value for money. Continuously improve service processes and workflows, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and drive operational innovation. Design and evolve the shared services delivery model to enhance consistency, scalability, and efficiency across regions and functions.Knowledge, Skills, And Experience10–15 years of relevant professional experience in marketing operations, program delivery, or related fields 5–8 years of direct people management experience Experience in marketing agencies, shared service environments or or business/operational excellence functions.
