To generate income by developing use of the new spaces for commercial hires.To oversee the FOH operation, establish of a new daytime bar, touchdown space and wedding offer.To ensure operational compliance is met throughout the venue and maintain appropriate records.Effectively manage the venues three bars, function rooms and Front of House operation to achieve profitability. You will be keen to implement dynamic ways to promote bar events, weddings and oversee the opening of a daytime bar operation.You will drive income across the bars and FOH operation whilst monitoring spend and excellent standards of customer care.LocationThe job is primarily based in Broadway Theatre, Rushey Green, Catford, London, SE6 4RU.Special conditionsRegular weekend and holiday season working is required for this job Requires regular evening and weekend and unsocial hours working Enhancements for regular evenings and weekends workingThe recruitment process is anonymous and we don’t accept CV’s.Applicant handbook - please read the guidance in this handbook when applying.
