They are looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to be the commercial lead during the pre-construction phase and then delivery.The company has a very strong financial backing by its parent company. They are looking for Tier 1 quality but without the red tape or decision-making by committee.The commercial lead should have a collaborative and can-do approach as opposed to putting up obstacles.As the Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will have complete financial responsibility for the delivery of this £50m stadium refurbishment.
