We are seeking a Graduate Infrastructure Surveyor with an interest or experience in the telecoms sector, driven by an increase in client demands over the past year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and work towards your APC. You will focus more on strategic and tactical advice, supporting litigation and expert witness reports for both internal and external clients. There are also opportunities to broaden your experience across property consultancy due to Carter Jonas' diverse infrastructure work. As specialists in fixed, mobile, and broadcast telecoms property advice, we assist clients in understanding complex property issues and risks related to existing and proposed rights. Our clients range from private individuals to international property investment funds across the UK. Our multidisciplinary approach involves collaborating with colleagues from our infrastructure team and other divisions to deliver leading advice and thought leadership. Candidates should have experience in providing written and verbal advice, with a strong understanding of the market, case law, the Code, and landlord and tenant matters. What will it take to be successful? We welcome applications from students available to join in Autumn 2025, with an interest in the country's infrastructure and telecommunications. Suitable backgrounds include land management, environmental studies, infrastructure, planning & development, land administration, geography, real estate, or related fields. You will develop a broad understanding of the property/real estate lifecycle, from land registration to development and reuse. An RICS-accredited degree is preferred, but applications from candidates with non-accredited degrees or relevant qualifications are also encouraged. Experience in real estate or civil engineering sectors, gained through work or placements, is advantageous. A full driving license is essential due to the travel requirements.
