The CTC is located within a Section 35 facility providing medication assisted treatment (MAT) services for males civilly committed. We provide a continuum of care that includes Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and mobile treatment units. Additionally, we partner with yoga programs, animal therapy providers, and health services to promote holistic healing and whole-person well-being throughout the recovery journey.Your Role As Clinical SupervisorThe Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment. You will maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing care of patients, facilitating work flows, and serves as a resource for staff and providing team leadership.Role ResponsibilitiesProviding supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures. Monitoring counselor’s compliance with productivity requirements and developing improvement plans when requirements are not met. Making staff assignments and creating schedules; updating support staff when changes are made. Conducting patient treatment plan reviews as needed. Performing chart audits and communicates results of audits to staff. Assisting with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff. Involvement in crisis intervention and working as a liaison within community as needed. Ensuring ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.Compensation for roles at MASAC at Plymouth Comprehensive Treatment Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience.MASAC at Plymouth Comprehensive Treatment Center provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts as set forth below.Role Location:MassachusettsCalculated Salary Range for the role : $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearWhere Passion Meets Purpose. Join us in transforming lives through dedicated care and meaningful recovery support.Your Education, Skills And QualificationsMaster’s Degree in psychology, behavioral health, social work, counseling, or a social services-related field is required. Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience is required Minimum of 1 year full-time equivalent of clinical experience in a supervisory role is requiredIdeal ExperienceLeadership experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, including outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities. In-depth knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and practices, including the use of methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff in the delivery of individual and group counseling services for individuals with substance use disorders. Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention, with the ability to train and guide staff in their implementation. Oversight of clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, including 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and Joint Commission requirements, with a focus on maintaining audit readiness.
