Aegon Asset Management outsources our Fund administration and Accounting function for our global business. Effective oversight of the outsourced third-party service providers are not only a regulatory requirement, but also an extremely important risk mitigation activity for our business. The Senior Fund Oversight Analyst, role will require the candidate to work closely with the Lead Fund Oversight Analyst to successfully deliver on key projects for the team. The team has manual and bespoke processes that require to be streamlined within the project period. Key Responsibilities: Review and bring automation, standardisation and efficiency improvements whilst ensuring that the task continues to have the robust oversight and risk controls.Able to take instruction and work autonomously whilst providing effective communication updates to Lead Fund Oversight Analyst.Effective time management skills to keep on project timelines.Effective communicator able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Able to work autonomously on projects.We’d love to hear from you if you: Demonstrate proficient knowledge in using Aladdin and able to use this to create efficiencies in current processes.Good knowledge of a variety of tools (such as Microsoft excel, AI, Aladdin, Sharepoint, Power BI, Snowflake) to deliver efficiencies to current processes. Training and procedures should be delivered and prepared so that the team have suitable knowledge to maintain in future.Problem solving mindset and used to working on projects.Able to work autonomously.Good experience and understanding in NAV Production such as use of liquidity tools, NAV construction, share class divergence.Good communication skills, able to comfortably liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.Demonstrate excellent time management skills and how these have led to successful project deliveries in the past.What’s in it for you?
