About the role: Supply Chain Engineering build and run the technology that enables Holland & Barrett to get the right products to the right place at the right time. From our integrations with logistics providers through to controlling our robotic warehouse, the global foundation of H&B is built on our supply chain. We're looking for aGraduate Software Engineerto join one of our mission-focused engineering squads – thePrice & Promotionsteam. What You'll Be Doing You'll work in a collaborativeagile teamwith frontend and backend engineers, a product manager, and an engineering manager. With your teammates, you'llshape and deliver an exciting roadmapthat continues the growth and transformation of this beloved 150-year-old retailer. Location You'll work remotely to protect your focus but occasionally get together in person for the moments that matter. Team days and stakeholder meetings will take you to our central London office, our futuristic Burton-on-Trent facilities, and possibly our facilities in Amsterdam as well. Key requirements: Strong STEM degree (1st or 2:1) from a leading university. Strong problem-solving skills. A passion for technology and a love of learning. Familiarity with software development using Java, C#, C++, or another modern programming language. Understanding of unit testing principles. Awareness of modern development tools such as Git, Docker, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, or GitHub Actions.
