Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator Hours: 15 hours per week (3 days) Salary: £11,000 – 12,000 per annum Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in Farringdon, London Requirements: UK Passport holder, and lived in the UK for minimum 10 years. Speak, read and write English as their first language. Key Responsibilities : • Organise all aspects of business travel for the Operations Teams, including Efficiently managing last-minute requests, changes and cancellations • Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements, including bookings and expenses • Support HR activities - Assist with onboarding processes and maintain up-to- date records for employees and contractors • Order and manage office supplies • Provide support with financial administration tasks, including data entry and invoice processing • Support the Executive Assistant with research for Company projects and initiativesPersonal Attributes : • Detail oriented • Highly organised • Collaborative spirit • Proactive and resourceful • Discreet and trustworthy Required Qualifications and Skills : • Previous experience as an Office Administrator or a similar role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace • Good understanding of GDPRPre employment screening requirements : • Basic DBS check • 2 satisfactory professional references – current/most recent employer and one previous • Employment history • Non-disclosure agreement Benefits • BUPA Private healthcare • 15 days annual leave plus bank holidays • On-site gym • Breakfast cereals available daily • Pension scheme • On-site physiotherapy (discounted rates)#J-18808-Ljbffr
