About the Role : As the Senior Charge Nurse, you will: Provide visible, effective clinical leadership and operational management of the ward. Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care. Drive quality improvement initiatives and service development. Foster a culture of learning, compassion, and professional growth. Collaborate closely with medical, AHP, and specialist diabetes/endocrine teams. What Were Looking For : First-level registered nurse with current NMC registration. Significant post-registration experience in acute medical or specialist care. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong clinical knowledge in diabetes, endocrinology, or general medicine. Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
