This is a rare opportunity for an experienced legal professional with at least two years’ experience in residential or commercial conveyancing to work with a stable, reputable firm that offers strong referral work and an excellent team environment. The Role You will act forlender clientsacross a wide range of property finance matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Bridging loans, buy-to-let transactions and development lending Re-mortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership Title reviews, contract preparation and due diligence Post-completion work and HM Land Registry compliance The role involves close liaison with borrowers, solicitors, agents, asset managers and internal stakeholders and will involve working on theSOLCASEcase management system. Candidate Profile: The firm is seeking a candidate with the following: A minimum of2 years’ experienceas a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive A strong background inresidential conveyancing , with exposure to commercial or lender-side work advantageous Solid understanding of title checking, contract drafting and compliance processes The ability to manage a caseload from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision Excellent communication and organisational skills The Firm: With a history spanning over 200 years, this5-partner Oxfordshire law firmemploys around 60 staff and enjoys a respected reputation across the region. Much of its work is generated throughreferral and repeat businessfrom loyal clients, including first-time buyers through to major landowners and commercial investors. You will join a small, supportive conveyancing team, working alongside two other experienced lawyers and a dedicated secretary.
