Primrose Hill Primary require an enthusiastic and self motivated premises officer to maintain and care for our lovely Grade 2 listed school building. The successful candidate should be willing to contribute towards the effective provision of a clean and safe school and be prepared to be working in a busy environment. It is essential that you have a flexible approach, are self-motivated and show initiative, a positive image of the site through your work, maintaining a clean and tidy environment. The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate a commitment to working with the School Business Leader and Senior Leadership Team to ensure our school is always the best it can be. Be hardworking and flexible with a can-do attitude Have the capacity to problem solve in a calm and professional manner and a willingness to learn new skills. Be able to identify and prioritise tasks Have a good standard of DIY skills in joinery, plumbing, painting and general maintenance Have an awareness of health and safety requirements Be a team player and have good communication and interpersonal skills Understand the importance of confidentiality and following safeguarding and other policies.
