About you: We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef who is passionate about food preparation. You would have excellent eye for detail for every plate that you prepare. Responsibilities: Develop and create innovative and delicious dishes, ensuring they complement the overall dining experience Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to strict hygiene standards Work effectively as part of the Senior Leadership Team; effectively manage and develop Junior Chefs. Contribute to the development of new dessert ideas and specials. Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a fine dining environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
