Direct message the job poster from SkyForce Talent Solutions We’re seeking a skilledMaintenance Planner / Technical Recordsto support a fleet ofwidebody cargo aircraft , coordinating and scheduling all Line and Base maintenance usinga major industry-standard maintenance system . You'll work cross-functionally to ensure effective planning, tooling/spares coordination, and documentation. Immediate start preferred. Full benefits package included Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning Review forecasts and plan scheduled maintenance for large cargo aircraft efficiently. Ensure spares and manpower are prepared for scheduled maintenance events. Create maintenance packages and work orders using the company’s MRO system. Coordinate with external maintenance providers to deliver clear instructions and support. Ensure returned documentation is properly certified and recorded. Maintain aircraft records and logbooks accurately. Support archiving, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in continuous process improvement and team collaboration. Records Management Input key operational data and maintenance reports. Raise and track work orders. Maintain up-to-date aircraft documentation and assist with audits and renewals. Organise physical and digital records, ensuring compliance with documentation protocols. Support internal teams with administrative and data tasks. Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine the maintenance planning process. Assist in aligning the maintenance program with operational needs and regulatory changes. Contribute ideas for system and process improvements. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Solid experience in maintenance planning within aviation, ideally cargo or widebody. Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance regulations and documentation standards. Strong experience using an aviation MRO system (e.g., AMOS or similar). Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Part CAMO). Knowledge of MSG-3 methodology and critical task management. A flexible, proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills.
