An exciting role has arisen for an Event Operations Manager to join the most famous cricket ground in the world, across 17 different venues, from events through to match day hospitality, all with the aim of a seamless delivery. Join the award-winning in-house food and beverage team at Marylebone Cricket Club, operating across unique and different spaces, with the prestige of delivering inside the world-famous Grade II listed Pavilion. You will support in leading the front of house team across a variety of events, including high profile dinners, conferences, weddings and receptions, and will have the opportunity to work alongside industry specialists, Michelin starred chefs and the wider Food & Beverage Team. You will be part of a team committed to delivering service excellence, developing a best-in-class casual team and offering an enhanced customer experience with magical and memorable moments. Additional core duties for this role include but are not limited to; assist with the training and development of the casual workforce to the required standards of operation; enhancing operations of bar and BOH on event days; developing product knowledge and sharing with the wider team; liaising with the kitchen team over menus and service style; and ensuring standard operating procedures for all venues in the Ground are followed.
