The role: Finance Business Partner - Planning & Financial Reporting Join the Finance team at BA Euroflyer, based at London Gatwick, where you'll play a key role in shaping the airline's financial future. This dynamic team leads innovation and best practices across BA Group Finance. We operate in a fast-paced, evolving, and rapidly growing environment, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial strength across the business. What you'll do: Lead the 3-5-year business planning process and produce strategic financial reports. Partner with IAG Fuel and Euroflyer leadership to manage forecasts and provide financial insights. Build financial models and conduct competitor analysis to support decision-making. Promote financial governance and deliver financial education across the business. Improve financial processes, manage balance sheet and cash flow forecasts. Deliver statutory accounts and ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. Support business continuity and contribute to ad-hoc projects and reporting. What you'll bring to British Airways: Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a degree qualification. Experience in financial planning, modelling, and statutory reporting. Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude. Proven ability to deliver change and add value in complex environments.
