Lead market research efforts to understand consumer trends and competitive landscape, to translate into actionable insights. Work collaboratively with the Head of Digital Experience to ensure strategies are consistent Brand Management: Enhance and protect the CVS Group of brands, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Oversee brand identity, marketing communications, content strategy and service communications. Coordinate and manage both national and local marketing campaigns, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective execution CRM & Campaign Marketing: Lead CRM initiatives and design innovative marketing campaigns to engage target audiences Utilise data analytics to optimize and evaluate marketing performance. Team Leadership: Establish the optimum operational model for marketing to support the business. Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster an innovative and collaborative team environment. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track and report on ROI for marketing activities. Partnership & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with wider teams such as Digital Experience and Operational teams to ensure alignment across all commercial activities. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies. Establish and manage strategic partnerships that enhances market presence and product / service offering. Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across CVS.Key Skills Required: Proven experience in leading B2C marketing functions, preferably at a senior management level Proven track record in driving commercial performance in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Experience in building commercial marketing teams, with a focus on aligning capabilities to business needs. Strong negotiation and communication skills, building and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Exceptional communication and engagement skills with the ability to gain respect, build relationships and influence outcomes internally and externally at all levels Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to execute. Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Experience of the pet care industry would be advantageous but not essential. Analysing performance MI to drive improvements and influence the growth agenda is essential Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Work collaboratively and be able to prioritise workload effectively and remain solution focussed throughout all areas of work. Strong interpersonal and interpretation skills will allow you to have open jargon-free conversations with the business.
