Key Responsibilities Ensure the smooth running of the Logistics office daily to meet operational and business requirements. Maintain a health and safety regime compliant with Client and ISS requirements. Support site Emergency Response procedures. Manage the Delivery Management System (DMS), including contractor access requests. Assist with helpdesk operations to maintain inbox and call standards. Support contractor management via the “CTracker”. Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction, high-quality service, and compliance. Provide information and assistance to retailers, suppliers, and couriers regarding delivery processes. Maintain and audit the DMS website system and data. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Understand contract requirements, including financial limits, penalties, escalation processes, and key assets. Demonstrate effective management and leadership skills, with strong interpersonal skills. Possess good verbal and written communication skills; proactive communication to maintain customer confidence. Exhibit good problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Work well under pressure, use initiative, and meet deadlines. Manage, lead, and motivate a team.
