Overall responsibility of food quality and presentation, sent out to customers Managing kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Maintaining a positive and engaged team through 1:1 meetings, incentives and recognition Inductions for all new starters in line with company procedure Manage the Sous Chefs to ensure all training is to company standards Ensuring that all kitchen staff follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and kitchen procedures Managing food inventory and ordering supplies as needed Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed.
