We’ll look to you to achieve the right balance of assisting and challenging line management and colleagues to make sure market abuse risk is proactively managed.Day-to-day, you’ll be managing the risk and control proactively in the first line of defence and act as a bridge between the business and the regional operations controls management and the second line of defence.You’ll also:Review and enhance the control framework to manage the risks within the unit, with constant engagement with colleagues and line management Manage the risk issue and event management process along with the related reporting and MI Track remedial activity and risk acceptance, as appropriate, across first and second line of defence teams Assess the effectiveness of existing market abuse controls, other related risk and control assurance controls and knowledge gaps through assurance testingThe skills you'll needWe’re looking for someone with market abuse experience and exposure in risk and control.
