As a Sales Consultant in our Basingstoke Store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on Sleep wellness will help them find the right sleep products for their needs to give them a perfect night's sleep every night with the help of our unique sleepPRO technology! We will make sure you're fully trained and supported to do all this and to understand how we get things done in the right way. We want to set you up for success so you can hit the ground running. We want our stores to be places our teams can be proud of and to show off our products. Therefore, you and your colleagues will need to get involved, move products around, and keep the store clean and tidy so there are no monsters under the beds! Our customers come in when they're free to shop, so we're talking evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This is where you'll have the opportunity to experience our fantastic, uncapped commission structure, so it will be essential for you to be available to take those opportunities. We understand you have a life outside the shop floor, so we'll ensure you get some days off, but there is also overtime if you want it. What We're Dreaming Of SeeingWe're looking for Sales Consultants who take pride in great customer service, so you and your customers can rest easy knowing you're driven to meet your targets in the best way by giving them what they need for the best night's sleep. This will require a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt your approach to establish their needs and ensure that your service is the mint on the pillow of their shopping experience. Ideally, you'll have worked in a customer-facing role previously and have confident communication skills, being able to spot sales opportunities and be resilient and resourceful when needed, daring to try new things to help your store succeed.
