Our client is a market leading, agile and high growth, global firm within the automotive manufacturing sector. They now seek a Talent Management Advisor is a key role requiring someone who thrives in a fast paced, scale-up environment, managing multiple priorities to tight deadlines and has a genuine passion for working as part of an ambitious and commercially focused HR team.As their Talent Management Advisor, you will be supporting business leaders and HR, to drive performance management, competency frameworks, and learning strategies.
