Delivery Associate Director – Software & Cloud TransformationUK-Wide (Hybrid)Up to £120,000We are seeking highly capable Technical Delivery Leader to join a growing delivery team supporting high-profile digital transformation initiatives across the UK.This role is particularly well-suited to professionals with experience in large-scale systems integration or enterprise consulting environments who have previous experience with software engineering / solutioning backgrounds.Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software or application programmes, often involving multiple workstreams• Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and technical delivery timelines• Oversee cloud or legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and enterprise architecture• Engage with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring delivery is commercially viable and technically sound• Work closely with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery practicesRequired Experience:• Proven background in technical project or programme delivery within a leading systems integrator or enterprise consultancy• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, Agile methodologies, and full SDLC delivery• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, scope, risk, and change in complex delivery environments• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance delivery priorities with client expectationsPackage:• £100,000 – £120,000• Company bonus• Pension• Medical careTo hear more about the Delivery Associate Director, get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade on 020 7780 6706.
