We're looking for a Head of Compensation to lead our clients Group-wide compensation strategy —ensuring it’s competitive, fair, and aligned with their business goals.In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation—up to and including the Group CEO—bringing insight, clarity, and innovation to their reward offering. You'll lead a team of talented professionals and oversee the delivery of key annual reward cycles, incentive design, and pay governance.What you’ll be doing:Play a key role in shaping and executing Group compensation strategyAdvise and influence senior leadership on pay and reward mattersLead the annual salary review and bonus planning processesOversee salary structures, incentive schemes, and job architectureUse market data and benchmarking to inform reward decisionsCollaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive engagement and retentionManage vendor relationships for surveys and reward technologyEnsure legal and regulatory complianceBuild relationships with union reps on pay negotiationsLead and develop a high-performing reward teamWhat you’ll bring:Deep reward expertise across both fixed and variable compensationStrong commercial acumen and a head for numbersExperience influencing and advising at Executive and Board levelTrack record of designing and implementing effective incentive plansA collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skillsThe ability to lead through complexity and ambiguityExperience in large, complex, and/or regulated organisationsCIPD or equivalent professional qualification (desired)Why join us?This is more than a compensation role—it’s a chance to lead change at scale.
