We are working closely with a US law firm who are looking for a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join their established Fund Finance team in London.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Fund Finance lawyer or Finance PSL with a minimum of 5PQE. Experience across a broad range of Fund Finance matters within an international firm setting is preferred. Both inhouse and private practice candidates are encouraged to apply. The role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants. The team works with high-profile lenders, financial institutions, and a number of private markets managers on the full range of fund finance products, including subscription and NAV facilities, and GP financings. The group is also well-equipped to advise clients on regulatory changes and other portfolio-impacting developmentsThe role of a PSL has evolved, no longer behind the scenes, this position offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities that go far beyond traditional know-how management.
