**Please be aware, we are not taking any applications through recruiters or recruitment firms**The Team & Office Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth, professional, and high-performing operation of Permaconn’s executive support, office management, and team culture functions. This role combines executive assistant duties with business operations, project coordination, and people experience responsibilities. It is a key position within the Permaconn senior team, contributing directly to business performance and workplace experience.1. Executive Support· Provide high-level executive assistant support to the Partnership Directors and wider UK team, including diary management, travel bookings, meeting preparation and confidential communications.· Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement, managing priorities across a dynamic executive calendar.· Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and correspondence on behalf of senior executives.2. Office Operations & Relocation Management· Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of Permaconn’s offices, with primary responsibility for the new Manchester UK headquarters.· Ensure the new headquarters supports business needs, promotes productivity, and reflects Permaconn’s brand and culture.· Manage office services including facilities, equipment, suppliers, maintenance and procurement.3. Team Experience & Culture· Take ownership of team engagement initiatives, working closely with senior leaders to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.· Organise and deliver team events, offsites, celebrations, and staff recognition activities across all locations.· Proactively identify and lead initiatives that enhance employee experience, culture, and inter-team collaboration.· Act as a trusted liaison between staff and senior leadership to surface opportunities for improvement and innovation.4. Business Improvement & Supplier Management· Support internal business improvement efforts through project coordination, documentation, follow-up, and communication.· Manage relationships with key suppliers (e.g. travel, office equipment, catering, event services), ensuring service quality and value for money.· Take a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.5. Senior Team Participation· Be an active member of the Permaconn senior team, contributing to leadership sessions, planning days, and strategic discussions.· Provide visibility of workplace operations, staff sentiment, and team culture to inform executive decision-making.· Coordinate and contribute to internal communications, ensuring alignment and clarity across the business.Benefits Include, but are not limited to:Competitive Salary: £40-45KCompany PensionCompany Perk schemeA day a week working from home (if needed)
