You’ll be joining a dynamic team that thrives on delivering outstanding service to clients, and you'll play a key role in supporting account managers and ensuring the smooth running of partner operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Partner Success team with day-to-day operations and client lifecycle tasksProvide administrative and quoting support to Sales and Partner Success teamsManage client subscription renewals (e.g., software licenses and warranties)Process sales orders and maintain accurate internal recordsPrepare client-facing reports (including PowerPoint presentations) for Quarterly Business ReviewsSchedule internal meetings, take notes, and track follow-up actionsCreate and update Standard Operating ProceduresMaintain internal systems and ensure data accuracyWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitudeExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsAble to work in the London office at least 3 days a weekWillingness to travel occasionally to the Bristol officeExperience using Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)Degree in Business, Marketing, IT – or relevant experience preferredTechnical knowledge is beneficial but not essentialWhat’s On Offer£26,000 – £28,000 annual salaryPerformance-based discretionary bonusPrivate health insurance£1,000 individual training budget25 days holiday + bank holidays (with a holiday buy/sell scheme)Up to 11% employer pension contributionCycle to work schemeRegular team socialsPlease Apply if you are interested
