You’ll take pride in keeping everything running smoothly — from artwork and antiques to designer furniture and bespoke crates.What You’ll Be DoingOversee daily warehouse operations and storage managementManage incoming/outgoing shipments with accuracy and careSupervise the safe handling of high-value, fragile itemsLead and support junior warehouse staff and casual crewCoordinate closely with ops and transport teamsMaintain warehouse cleanliness, compliance, and upkeepKeep accurate records of stock movements and condition checksOccasionally assist with local deliveries and collectionsWho We’re Looking ForSolid warehouse/operations experience (removals, interiors, or fine art is ideal)Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detailComfortable with wrapping, storage, and manual handlingConfident using job management or inventory softwareFull UK driving licence (Luton/van experience a plus)Forklift licence?
