Join us in our journey of innovation and growth.Your Benefits: As the SAP RCM Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, including training and development opportunities, and a supportive work culture that values your contributions.Your Responsibilities: As the SAP RCM Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:Configuring and customizing the SAP RCM system to meet the organization's talent acquisition needsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP RCM with other HR systemsProviding technical expertise and support for SAP RCM implementation and maintenanceImplementing Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central for seamless HR processesUtilizing Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central to enhance the employee experience and streamline onboarding processesMandatory Skills: The ideal candidate will possess:Proficiency in SAP RCM configuration and customizationStrong understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition workflowsExperience in integrating SAP RCM with other HR systemsKnowledge of SAP RCM data migration and system maintenanceExpertise in Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central for streamlined HR operationsSAP SuccessFactors Functional Certifications in RCM, RMK.
