Demand Planner - Leading FMCG BrandWest London – Hybrid Permanent £50,000-£55,000 plus benefits Our client, a global leader in food manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to lead demand forecasting and reporting for one of the UK’s most well known food brands. In this key role, you will take full ownership of the Sales and Operations Planning processes, delivering long-term (up to 24 months) demand forecasts and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Using your expertise, you’ll analyse historical sales, market trends, customer behaviour, and external factors to drive forecast accuracy, optimise inventory levels, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, with hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory and lifecycle management, and implementing demand-enhancing tools. You’ll be confident working collaboratively across sales, marketing, and supply planning functions, aligning customer and brand needs by working closely with UK retailer demand planning teams.If you have a background in FMCG demand planning within the UK retail landscape and are ready to take the lead for a globally recognised brand, we’d love to hear from you.
