As we scale in revenue, we are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support our commercial engine.This role is critical to ensuring clean pipeline data, insightful sales reporting, proactive deal intelligence, and strong campaign execution. You will work directly with the CEO, partner team, and marketing to operationalize our CRM and drive reporting rigor across our PE client base.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue ReportingBuild and maintain Zoho Analytics dashboards (pipeline, bookings, backlog, revenue, and sales KPIs)Support weekly pipeline reviews and monthly board-level reporting packsTrack campaign effectiveness and partner performanceEnsure forecast accuracy by service line, geography, and PE houseCRM Management (Zoho CRM)Maintain opportunity, account, and contact data hygieneEnforce structured sales stages, lead sources, tags, and win/loss trackingSet up workflows and alerts to prompt action and ensure complianceSupport commercial leadership with CRM usage dashboardsDeal Intelligence & PE MonitoringUse PitchBook, Mergr, or similar platforms to monitor:New PE acquisitions and exitsExecutive appointments (CIO/CTO/CEO)Deal patterns that signal tech transformation opportunitiesMaintain PE house dashboards and coverage mapsCampaign Tracking & EnablementTrack the performance of go-to-market campaigns (e.g., carve-out pushes, cost-out blitzes)Manage outreach lists, response metrics, and conversion analyticsHelp organize and update commercial assets (case studies, proposal decks, pricing tools)Account & Territory PlanningSupport PE house account planning and whitespace mappingLink CRM opportunities to PE portfolios and structure coverage plansAnalyze geographic and service line penetration to support strategic initiativesRequirementsRequired Qualifications7–14 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial StrategyHands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics (or Salesforce + Power BI/Excel equivalent)Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, dashboards)Prior experience supporting sales or consulting teams in B2B, SaaS, or services businessesExceptional attention to detail, structured mindset, and communication skillsAbility to work independently with 2–3 hours of overlap with UK time zonePreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with PE deal data platforms (PitchBook, Capital IQ, Mergr)Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or private equity-backed companiesExposure to proposal workflows, campaign execution, or CRM enablementKnowledge of professional services sales cycles and reporting cadencesBenefitsHow to Apply:We are looking for individuals who are ready to make an immediate impact.
