We are looking for an experienced Hospital Manager to work with us in this new facility. In this role you will have full responsibility for managing the performance and development of the team, and our services. Key Responsibilities You will be customer facing and you will help drive performance of the brands operating from the hospital. You’ll also be responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the hospital; a key part of your role will be developing the team and also promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients.You may come from a retail background where world class customer service comes naturally to you.You will have strong management experience within a high-end retail, Optical or healthcare setting.
