Job Title: Project Manager – R&D (Inks & Coatings)Location: HarlowSalary: up to £50,000 (Permanent)Are you an experienced formulation scientist with a passion for research and development? We’re currently seeking a Project Manager to lead innovative R&D initiatives within the field of security inks and coatings.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of new security inks for flexo, gravure, and screen printing applications.Manage R&D projects from concept to completion, including lab-based formulation and testing.Collaborate with and mentor junior technical team members.Ensure projects align with strategic goals and technical milestones.Requirements:Proven experience in leading R&D projects within inks, coatings, polymers, adhesives, ceramics, or related formulations.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to plan and execute technical work independently.Degree in Chemistry, Forensic Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).Ability to work collaboratively in a lab environment and communicate effectively across teams.Why Join Us?Be part of a global organisation focused on innovation, security, and excellence in advanced ink technologies.
