Our team of 800+ professionals is driven by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major automated racking installation project. Working under a principal contractor as a subcontractor to an integrator, you will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring project milestones are met safely and efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety and project specifications.Coordinate with the Installation Team, Project Manager, and external stakeholders to maintain smooth site operationsOversee delivery schedules, stock levels, and parts registers using ExcelIdentify and resolve site issues promptly, maintaining clear communication across all teamsEnsure all site documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are metMaintain high standards of site organisation, safety, and professionalismPlease Note: Strong Excel skills are essential. You will be expected to manage and review complex spreadsheets daily, including delivery schedules and parts tracking.
