You will work closely with the Regional L&D team, Store Managers, HR, and Operations to embed a strong learning culture at every level of the business.We’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and passionate about helping others grow. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, creative environment and bring strong communication and organisational skills to support learning across a multi-site retail network.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & OnboardingDeliver induction and onboarding training for new joiners across stores and officeCoordinate and deliver learning sessions covering customer service, product knowledge, and sales practicesAdapt regional training content to reflect local needs, regulations, and languageMaintain training records and gather feedback to drive improvementsCustomer Experience & Service StandardsSupport initiatives that enhance the in-store customer journey and employee engagementCoach store teams on communication, upselling, and issue resolution techniquesMonitor service behaviours and partner with Store Managers to drive improvementsLearning OperationsHelp local teams navigate global e-learning systems and materialsOrganise learning calendars, training logistics, and trainer schedulingTrack completion and impact of key training programmes and share insights with the regional teamRequirements1 to 2+ experience in L&D or retail training, ideally in a fast-paced customer-facing environmentExperience delivering training sessions and adapting content for different audiencesPassion for retail, team development, and customer experienceStrong communication and presentation skillsProactive, people-focused, and able to build strong relationships at all levelsHighly organised and able to manage multiple priorities under pressureFamiliarity with LMS or training platforms is a plusAbility to travel between locations within the UK and occasionally IrelandDesirable but Not EssentialNEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent qualificationsBackground in lifestyle, fashion, or pop culture retailUnderstanding of store operations and service KPIsExperience working in a multi-site retail environmentAdditional language skills
