The role is varied and is ideally looking for someone with experience developing processes and procedures, excellent customer service and operations experience and team management experience.The key duties will include:Managing a team of 3- Day to day management, coaching, 121s, appraisals etcResolution of queries in a timely mannerAssist with preparing profit and cash flow budgets as part of the annual budgeting processProvide timely and accurate data or analysis to support auditsCollaborate with the wider business to enhance data accuracy and reporting integrityDrive continuous improvements in billing reporting and related processesProvide support and leadership on solutions to enhance billing and reportingThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving continuous improvement and streamlining processes, with experience in operational roles within either a shared services environment or a contact centre.
