With a strong track record across a range of sectors, they bring significant expertise in procurement and project delivery – supporting clients through every stage from inception to completion.The OpportunityDue to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint both a Cost Manager and a Senior Cost Manager to join their team in their new Leeds office. These are full-time, office-based roles with a broad scope of responsibility, offering the chance to work closely with clients and contractors across diverse projects.Key responsibilities will vary depending on experience, but may include:Preparing feasibility and detailed cost estimatesSupporting or leading on procurement, tendering and contract negotiationsAdministering building contracts and managing change control processesReviewing and agreeing interim valuations and final accountsProducing accurate cost reports and financial forecastsAdvising clients on cost and commercial strategyLeading client and contractor meetings (Senior level)Mentoring junior team members (Senior level)Candidate ProfileApplicants should have:A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similarProven experience in a cost consultancy or commercial management roleA solid understanding of building contracts and post-contract processesStrong analytical, commercial, and communication skillsExperience of cost planning, reporting, and contract administrationMembership or working towards membership of a professional body such as RICSSenior applicants should also demonstrate experience in client leadership and team coordinationWhy Join Our Client?Our client promotes a flat, collaborative structure where all team members are empowered to contribute meaningfully to project success.
