Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Digital Delivery Manager for an initial 4 month contract on a rate of £450 - £500 (inside IR35). This role will be hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Edinburgh office.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage digital project delivery using agile methodologies, ensuring teams deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards- Ensure all digital initiatives comply with Digital Standards and governance frameworks- Oversee procurement processes for digital devices, managing vendor relationships and ensuring value for money- Implement and maintain security protocols and standards across digital projects- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 suite, Azure cloud services, and Power Platform solutions- Facilitate regular sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders- Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs- Prepare documentation and reports for governance committeesEssential Skills:- Proven experience in digital project management using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and digital standards- Experience in procurement processes for digital technologies- Deep understanding of security principles and practices in digital environments- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform products- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to balance governance requirements with agile delivery- Relevant certifications in project management, agile methodologies, and/or Microsoft technologiesIf you would like to hear more about this opportunity please get in touch.
