Ward Manager – Acute Inpatient Mental HealthLocation: Chelmsford, EssexSalary: £47,300 – £53,700 (dependent on experience)Hours: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per weekA well-respected independent mental health service based in the Chelmsford area is seeking a passionate and experienced Ward Manager to lead a dynamic and multidisciplinary team on an adult acute inpatient ward. This role represents a rare opportunity to step into a key leadership position within a highly regarded clinical setting.The Role:As Ward Manager, you will take full clinical and operational leadership of a busy acute ward. You will be a visible, proactive role model for nursing staff, supporting a culture of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.
