This presents a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, non-corporate environment at a business that highly values professional development and shares a passion for music and the creative industry.The RoleAs a Senior Revenue Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the analysis and validation of royalty and rights data across global income streams. In this role, you'll be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of rights ownership records and performance income reporting, helping ensure optimal value realisation across the catalogue.You’ll collaborate closely with teams across rights, investment, and data operations, interrogating third-party statements, enhancing internal tracking, and generating insights that drive commercial decision-making.This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in publishing or performance rights who thrives on precision and wants to contribute directly to the commercial performance of a major player in the music industry.ResponsibilitiesReview, reconcile, and interpret third-party royalty statements (with a focus on publishing and performance rights), flagging issues and engaging with external partners to resolve discrepanciesSupport the enhancement of internal tracking tools and data systems to improve accuracy and visibility of performance incomePrepare monthly and quarterly internal reports that offer insight into catalogue performance, revenue trends, and key contractual obligationsMaintain detailed understanding of rights ownership across acquired catalogues, ensuring correct application of contractual termsCollaborate with rights, investment, and data teams to support end-to-end accuracy in royalty processing and income recognitionContextualise catalogue performance against industry-wide changes across rights typesContribute to ongoing improvements in reporting processes and assurance frameworksSupport with internal audits and reconciliations of royalty income and usage reportsMaintain and organise internal files, reports, and supporting documentation to ensure audit readinessContinuously look for opportunities to improve internal processes and reporting efficiencyAd hoc tasks to support the wider finance and royalties teamsWhat We Need to See (Essential)Previous experience in a revenue role within music publishing or distribution—an understanding of how music publishing and royalties statements workWhat We’d Like to See (Bonus/Non-Essential)Previous experience in a revenue-assurance based rolePackage:Salary: £45,000-£55,000Working Pattern: 3 days in-office, 2 days’ work from homeIdeal Start: ASAP-1 month noticeIf this is of interest, please get in touch with your CV at halle.paredes@ or give me a call on 0203 773 3530Due to the high volume of applications we are receiving, if you have not heard back from us, please assume your application was unfortunately unsuccessful on this occasion.At Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
