We are a diverse and cutting-edge technology company, employing over 7,000 people in the UK and 80,000 worldwide, delivering services and solutions to our key customers across the world in key markets Defence, Aerospace, Cyber Security, and Space.As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for end to end internal and external hiring processes, working as part of an international team delivering across all job disciplines and skill sets within Thales UK.You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent; collaborating closely with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies and ensure a great and effective candidate experience. The team play an instrumental role to both the UK business but also our wider Global Talent Acquisition community, leading the way on key initiatives and future innovation. We work in a performance and data driven environment, using Power BI data analytics, to understand and track performance against KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, attraction tools and strategies, system optimisation, data and marketing.Key Responsibilities and Tasks:Partnering with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesManage and be accountable for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidatesFull immersion in the Candidate Relationship Management tool, maximising the functionality to generate candidates and reduce time in processUtilise various sourcing techniques such as the CRM database, Linkedin, employee referrals and job boardsBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for critical, core roles and future hiring needsConduct initial candidate screening for shortlistCoordinate interview processes, provide feedback and ensure a positive candidate experienceEffective partnership with hiring managers, using data and market intelligence to influence and negotiate on hiring decisionsBe accountable for performance, in check on recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectivenessSkills, experience & behaviours:Recruitment expertise – knowledge and experience of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques. It would be advantageous if you have experience in recruiting Engineering skillsets within Defence, Aerospace or Cyber security.Strong sourcing skills, including capability using ATS/CRM platforms and Linkedin RecruiterExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managersAccountable for performance, leveraging recruitment metrics to optimising processes and hiring efficienciesStrong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and requirements across a diverse stakeholder groupProblem solver and adaptable; able to quickly adjust to shifting business prioritiesForward thinking, able to hold discussions to plan and prepare for the future.This role will require SC Clearance to start.
